负责辽宁北部服务商渠道的销售管理工作，覆盖区域包括沈阳、锦州、葫芦岛、朝阳、阜新、铁岭、本溪、抚顺，主要工作职责如下：

1，销售目标管理：制定渠道销售策略和计划，确保完成或超额完成公司设定的销售目标。

2，渠道拓展与维护：与服务商伙伴一起扩大销售渠道的覆盖范围。同时，对现有渠道进行维护，确保生意的健康、持续发展。

3，销售团队管理：组建和管理渠道销售团队，制定销售计划并监控执行情况。

4，数据分析与报告：定期对渠道销售数据进行整理和分析。根据数据分析结果，调整销售策略和计划。

5，促销活动执行：策划和执行渠道促销活动，提高产品知名度和市场占有率。与市场部门协作，确保促销活动的有效性和影响力。

6，品牌推广。在区域内与服务商伙伴共同提升品牌在区域市场的影响力。

- 本科及以上学历；

- 三年以上快消品或眼视光学行业销售工作经验；

- 能落实执行各类市客户门店活动，完成销售指标；

- 具备熟练细致的收集、统计和分析数据能力；

- 较强的领悟力，良好的团队协作精神，能承受工作压力；

- 具有优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力。
