1、根据周计划制定日生产计划，合理安排人员，确保生产任务按时完成；
2、干燥，注塑和加硬线生产的管理和监督，异常处理及跟进；
3、注塑车间，干燥车间和加硬生产线的5S和安全生产的管理；
4、持续改进，不断提升生产效率，产品质量和管理水平；
5，生产物料的申购，保存，盘点和使用管理，确保物料合理使用，避免浪费；
6、对员工进行培训和考核，不断提升员工的作业技能和质量意识；
7，正确，完整地记录生产相关数据，相关报表的整理和保存；
8，注塑，干燥和加硬线生产设备，工具，仪器的日常点检，基本维护和保养；
9，模具的日常点检和维护保养；
10，标准化作业的管理，参与作业标准的制定，完善和推行，监督员工作业纪律，确保员工按标准作业；
11，协助上级开展团队建设活动, 提高员工的凝聚力和工作士气；
12，了解本岗位的能源使用情况和节能要求，掌握正确的操作方法和流程，以避免因操作不当导致的能源浪费；
13，能够参与能源管理的持续改进活动，提出合理化建议，为降低生产过程中的能源消耗做出贡献；
14，完成上级安排的其它工作；
