负责原材料采购与供应商开发相关工作，重点推动原材料本地化项目落地，开发并管理具备成本、质量、交付和技术竞争力的本地供应商资源。该岗位需与研发、质量、工程、生产、供应链及全球采购团队紧密协作，围绕新材料导入、供应商认证、成本优化、风险管控及供应保障开展端到端采购管理。同时，需具备较强的数字化能力，能够熟练运用数据分析、可视化报表及数字化工具，对采购成本、供应商绩效、交付表现和供应风险进行系统性分析，并以数据驱动采购策略制定、流程优化和管理决策
