- Apoyar el uso de herramientas de gestión preventiva.

- Profesional universitario con título de Psicólogo.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en la industria minera y/o liderando programas de seguridad conductual.
- Experiencia acreditada.
- Salud compatible con labores en terreno.
- Altas competencias para relacionarse con trabajadores y jefaturas.
- Comunicación efectiva.
- Proactividad.
- Trabajo en equipo y liderazgo.
- Licencia de conducir clase B vigente, excluyente.
