- Detectar desviaciones de SSO en tareas críticas y reportarlas oportunamente.
- Elaborar análisis e informes de desviaciones, hallazgos y tendencias.
- Revisar el cierre de hallazgos y alertar sobre plazos.
- Registrar hallazgos en plataforma Zyght.
- Definir actividades críticas a observar mediante cámaras.
- Monitorear herramientas preventivas como ART y Tarjeta Verde.
- Analizar información de incidentes, accidentes y reportabilidad.
- Realizar actividades de gestión operativa de SSO en terreno cuando sea requerido.
- Jornada 7x7, turno día o noche, rotativo.
- Profesional universitario, Ingeniero en Prevención de Riesgos.
- Acreditación del Servicio de Salud y/o SERNAGEOMIN.
- Más de 8 años de experiencia en la industria minera.
- 5 años de experiencia en Divisiones o Proyectos.
- Deseable postítulo en higiene ocupacional, ergonomía o salud ocupacional.
- Excel nivel medio-avanzado.
- Sistemas de información y manejo de datos avanzado.
- Curso de Investigación de Accidentes de Árbol de Causas (ICAM).
- Deseable conocimiento de Modelo Reason, Queso Suizo o Dominó.
- Salud compatible con labores en terreno.
- Licencia de conducir clase B vigente, excluyente.
- Comunicación efectiva, proactividad, trabajo en equipo y liderazgo.
