Dann gestalte das M in der Ultrafrische Abteilung als Abteilungsleitung! Hier arbeitest du mit hochwertigen Produkten wie Wurst, Käse, Molkereiprodukte, Delikatessen und kümmerst dich um die optimale Warenpräsentation sowie Bestückung der Regale des Tiefkühl-Sortiments. Du sorgst dafür, dass deine Kundinnen und Kunden alle Lebensmittel finden, die sie brauchen, um ihren Gästen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern.

Berufserfahrene, Profis aus der Gastro oder dem Lebensmittelhandel sowie ambitionierte Nachwuchsführungskräfte willkommen!

Bei uns bist du gut aufgehoben, wenn du die Gastro liebst, Vorerfahrung im Lebensmittelbereich mitbringst und erste Führungserfahrung hast. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind wichtig und jede weitere Sprache ist eine wertvolle Ergänzung! Wenn du Freude im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden, einen klaren Blick für Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie Lust auf gemeinsames Anpacken hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Führungskraft verstehst du es, dein Team zu motivieren, weiterzuentwickeln und klare Ziele zu setzen. Du gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran, triffst Entscheidungen verantwortungsbewusst und schaffst ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Zusammenarbeit und Wertschätzung gelebt werden.

Dein Gehalt orientiert sich an deinen Qualifikationen. Du bekommst mindestens EUR 2.850,- brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis.
