Als Abteilungsleitung Kassa bist du das Aushängeschild unseres Kassenbereichs und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für einen schnellen, freundlichen und reibungslosen Check-Out. Du koordinierst die Abläufe an den Kassen, stellst die korrekte Kassenabwicklung sicher und unterstützt dein Team im Tagesgeschäft. Mit deiner serviceorientierten Art schaffst du für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden einen positiven letzten Eindruck beim Verlassen unseres Großmarktes.

Berufserfahrene, Profis aus der Gastro oder dem Lebensmittelhandel sowie ambitionierte Nachwuchsführungskräfte willkommen!

Bei uns bist du gut aufgehoben, wenn du die Gastro liebst, Vorerfahrung im Kassenbereich und erste Führungserfahrung hast oder den nächsten Schritt machen möchtest. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind wichtig und jede weitere Sprache ist eine wertvolle Ergänzung! Wenn du Freude im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden, einen Willen zum Anpacken und Lust auf praxisnahes Lernen hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Führungskraft verstehst du es, dein Team zu motivieren, weiterzuentwickeln und klare Ziele zu setzen. Du gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran, triffst Entscheidungen verantwortungsbewusst und schaffst ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Zusammenarbeit und Wertschätzung gelebt werden.

Dein Gehalt orientiert sich an deinen Qualifikationen. Du bekommst mindestens EUR 2.850,- brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis.
