At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centred on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-potential customers, building trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers and key buying groups.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term account strategies that identify growth opportunities, expand relationships and deliver against revenue goals.
- Grow revenue within named accounts by identifying, pitching and closing multi-million-dollar, transformational opportunities across the full marketing funnel.
- Lead a consultative, insight-led sales approach, using client, industry and market insights to shape solutions aligned to customers’ business and marketing objectives.
- Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems across clients, media and creative agencies, technology partners and internal teams to build shared priorities and drive execution.
- Partner closely with Client Solutions Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated, high-impact customer experience and measurable business outcomes.
- Deepen executive relationships, leveraging senior sponsors across LinkedIn and the client organization to expand the breadth and strategic value of the partnership.
- Identify new buying groups and opportunities within existing customers, including global expansion opportunities across LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
- Maintain strong account management and operational rigor, including account planning, prioritization, pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
- Monitor digital media performance and auction dynamics to identify opportunities, risks and areas for optimization.
- Bring the voice of the customer and market into LinkedIn, partnering with Product and leadership teams to inform current solutions and future opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while contributing to broader team and business goals.
