How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Air Liquide söker en säljare inom Manufacturing & Process (M&P) och Food & Pharma (F&P) till vårt team i Sverige.
Du kommer att vara ansvarig för att utveckla affärsmöjligheter bland befintliga och potentiella kunder i regionerna Västra Götaland och delar av Värmland .

I rollen som säljare ansvarar du över en diversifierad kundportfölj inom bland annat fordons-, stål-, pappers- och massaindustrin samt livsmedels- och läkemedelssektorn. Du samverkar tätt med interna funktioner – såsom teknik, service, kundhantering, controlling, sales excellence-teamet och Air Liquide Technology Centre (ALTEC) – för att säkerställa rätt expertis och stöd i dina affärer.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

Ansvara för en diversifierad kundportfölj och implementera gällande kommersiella riktlinjer på befintliga avtal.
Genomföra regelbundna kundbesök för att vårda relationer, driva försäljningstillväxt, maximera kundnöjdheten samt säkerställa effektiv pris- och lönsamhetshantering.
Driva nykundsbearbetning genom en aktiv säljpipeline och samordna kundprojekt med interna intressenter för framgångsrik implementering.
Effektivt generera och hantera offerter samt avtal via Salesforce CRM.Använda Salesforce för konsekvent datainmatning, uppdaterad rapportering och löpande arbetsflödeshantering.

Meriterande:

Stark förmåga till relationsbyggande och högt kundfokus.
Strategiskt tänkande och god förståelse för olika kunders unika behov.
Starka förhandlingsfärdigheter.
God tidsplanering och förmåga att arbeta såväl självständigt som i team.

Minimikrav:

Dokumenterad säljerfarenhet om minst 3–5 år, företrädesvis inom industrisektorn.
Kandidatexamen inom relevant område (exempelvis teknik, ekonomi eller kemi) eller motsvarande inhämtad arbetslivserfarenhet.
Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift.
B-körkort.
