Per il nostro team Airfreight stiamo cercando una risorsa che si occuperà della gestione operativa delle spedizioni aeree in importazione ed esportazione, seguendo l'intero processo e assicurando un servizio efficiente e di elevata qualità ai clienti, nel rispetto delle normative vigenti, delle procedure aziendali e degli standard di qualità di Röhlig Logistics.
La risorsa verrà inserita nella sede di Milano.
Cosa farai:
Gestirai operativamente le spedizioni aeree import ed export.
Coordinerai clienti, fornitori, vettori, agenti e uffici esteri.
Ti occuperai di booking, pre-alert, documentazione e pratiche doganali.
Monitorerai le spedizioni tramite attività di tracking & tracing, gestendo eventuali ritardi o anomalie.
Gestirai costi, ricavi e fatturazione nel rispetto delle tempistiche aziendali.
Assicurerai il rispetto delle procedure operative, degli standard di qualità e delle normative applicabili.
Cosa porti:
Esperienza o buona conoscenza delle operazioni Airfreight Import/Export.
Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.
Ottime capacità comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
Buona conoscenza di MS Office e Outlook.
