As part of our rapid expansion in Greater China, we are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a high-caliber candidate to join us.
For our branch in Hong Kong, we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
What you will do:
• Acquire new customers while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts
• Identify and develop qualified leads through cold calling, converting these leads into prospects and customers throughout the sales process
• Conduct regular client visits to assess service levels and explore opportunities for new revenue streams
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue generation targets
• Establish and implement customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with client expectations
• Advocate for the services and products offered by all departments, ensuring coordinated sales efforts
• Prepare customer profiles, quotations, and visit reports within the CRM system
• Follow directives from supervisors and enforce company policies
• Report any noteworthy incidents to management in a timely manner
• Perform other tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis

What you bring:
• Minimum 3 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics; with a strong hunter mentality
• A highly motivated individual with a solid product knowledge in import/export ocean (NVOCC) and air freight, as well as experience in providing value-added services in 3PL solution (preferred)
• Experience in Air Freight business is a plus
• Familiarity with sectors such as Hi-Tech, Healthcare or Retails, and Consumer Goods is advantageous
• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin; additional language skills in German, Spanish, or French are a bonus
• Knowledge of personal computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
