Job Description
Objetivo:
Responsável pela gestão fiscal com foco em compliance, atuando no registro e análise de documentos fiscais, apuração de tributos indiretos e retenções na fonte, bem como na elaboração de conciliações contábeis de contas tributárias. Realiza a entrega das obrigações acessórias, garantindo conformidade com a legislação vigente, além de promover atualizações sistêmicas e parametrizações cadastrais em função das constantes mudanças legais. Presta suporte às áreas do negócio e ao recebimento fiscal, assegurando a correta classificação e tratamento das operações, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e mitigação de riscos fiscais.
Principais responsabilidades:
Registro e análise de documentos fiscais em sistema com visão compliance
Apuração de tributos indiretos – (ISS, ICMS, ICMS ST, PIS COFINS);
Apuração de tributos retidos na fonte (IRRF, CSRF, INSS, ISS e Funrural);

Elaborar conciliações contábeis das contas de Tributos;
Entrega de obrigações acessórias – SPED Fiscal, DIME, GIA ST, DCTF WEB, EFD Contribuições;
Atualizações sistêmicas em decorrência das frequentes alterações legislativas (J1BTAX), parâmetros em cadastros de clientes,
fornecedores e materiais;
Registro/análise documentos fiscais através do SAP.
Requisitos:
Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Direito e/ou
Ciências Contábeis;
Conhecimento em rotinas fiscais, legislação tributária e em
obrigações acessórias;
Desejável conhecimento em SAP e Tax one/Mastersaf;
Pacote Office intermediário, especialmente Excel.
