Vos missions :

A ce titre, vous participerez à :

Développer et piloter des outils logistiques des formations, notamment pour l’évaluation de la performance des formations réseau, la programmation centralisée et la gestion du parc de véhicules.

Cartographier et analyser des résultats de la qualification des collaborateurs du réseau.

Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et coordination des 8 CFR/formateurs pour la digitalisation des évaluations et supports de formation.

Proposer des axes d’analyse et d’animation des formateurs pour améliorer le dispositif de pilotage de la qualité des formations réseau.

Participer à l’atteinte des critères qualité du référentiel QUALIOPI via l’amélioration du dispositif qualité des formations.

Qui êtes-vous ?

Vous êtes en cours de préparation d’un diplôme de niveau BAC+5, type diplôme d’ingénieur ou master universitaire avec une spécialisation en gestion de projet ou management, et recherchez un contrat d’alternance de 24 mois.
Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, une troisième langue serait un atout supplémentaire.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), capable de gérer efficacement des dossiers, et doté(e) d’une grande capacité d’abstraction et de créativité.
Vous vous démarquez par votre dynamisme, votre force de proposition et votre esprit d’innovation.
