- Mutfakta görev yapan stajyer ve çıraklar için haftalık iş planı oluşturmak ve takip etmek,
- Gastronometro'da günlük gerçekleşen aktiviteler için mutfakta yapılan hazırlıkların takibi, planlanması ve uygulanması,
- Mutfakta yapılacak iç ve dış eğitimlerde asistanlık yapmak ve gelişim süreci doğrultusunda eğitimlerde eğitmenlik yapmak,
- Mutfak şefinin olmadığı zamanlarda sorumluluk alarak operasyonu yürütmek,
- ISO 22000 standartlarına hakim, gıdaların üretilmesi, depolanması vb. gibi konularında standartlara uygun hareket etmek,
- Etkinlik, fuar ve catering gibi organizasyonların öncesindeki hazırlıklarda aktif rol almak ve etkinlik günlerinde etkinlik alanında görevli olmak,
- Kendi markalı ürünlerimiz için ürün geliştirme aşamalarında aktif rol almak.
- Tercihen Üniversite mezunu,
- İyi derecede yazılı ve sözlü İngilizce bilen,
- Mutfak alanına minimum 2 yıl tecrübesi olan,
- Ürün bilgisine sahip olan,
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın,
- Gelişim ve yeniliklere açık, yaratıcılığına güvenen,
- İnsan ilişkilerinde başarılı ve iletişim becerileri kuvvetli,
- Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek,
- Misafir memnuniyeti ve kalite standartlarına önem veren,
- Erkek adaylar için askerliğini tamamlamış olan,
- Tercihen aşçılık (ustalık-kalfalık) ve hijyen belgelerini tamamlamış,
- Pastacılık alanında yenilikleri ve trendleri takip eden.
