How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Atención diaria y personalizada a pacientes en sus domicilios, en consulta o de forma remota, para la prestación de los servicios de alta, revisión, resolución de incidencias y retirada de equipos, garantizando un trato especializado e informando de forma clara a pacientes y sus familias para verificar la correcta comprensión de las pautas brindadas según los procedimientos del Grupo AL; teniendo como función principal la asistencia en terapias de Sueño, BiPAP, Aerosolterapia, Oxigenoterapia, Ventilación Mecánica u otras como Asistente de Tos, Aspirador de Secreciones o Monitor de Apnea Infantil, con la posibilidad de participar además en proyectos asistenciales del área.

• Contactar con el/la paciente o su entorno familiar.
• Describir e instruir a pacientes, a sus familiares y al personal cuidador sobre la terapia prescrita, el equipamiento y el material accesorio fungible utilizado, así como los aspectos relativos a la seguridad, higiene y mantenimiento asociados.

• Facilitar a pacientes y a sus familiares el material educativo, audiovisual y/o digital sobre la terapia, los equipos y el material instalado, asegurando la correcta comprensión de pacientes y/o del personal cuidador.

• Asegurar la adecuada estratificación del Care Plan.

• Atención diaria a pacientes en sus domicilios, en consulta o de forma remota para prestar los diferentes servicios de alta, incidencias, revisión y retirada de equipos, garantizando una atención personalizada y especializada según los protocolos de actuación detallados y de obligado cumplimiento del grupo Air Liquide.

• Notificar el cumplimiento terapéutico, las anomalías detectadas, las retiradas y las averías de los equipos a los roles responsables correspondientes (Responsable Asistencial, Responsable de Operaciones y Personal Administrativo).

• Cumplimiento de las normas de uso de las herramientas de trabajo.

• Cumplimiento de los procedimientos de trabajo vigentes.

• Uso adecuado de los equipos, herramientas de medición y sistemas asociados al puesto de trabajo para la ejecución y coordinación de las tareas.
