Job Description
The Global Process Excellence (Marketing) is accountable for shaping and executing the global Marketing process excellence and transformation agenda within Commercial GBS. · Own the global Marketing process excellence roadmap within Commercial GBS, aligned to Global Commercial/Growth priorities and Zone needs.
· Build and maintain a 3-year portfolio of initiatives across Expansion, Digital enablement, and Process Transformation, including sequencing, dependencies, investment needs, and adoption/change approach.
· Define initiative charters and value cases (productivity, cost-to-serve, cycle time, quality, controls, experience) and govern benefits realization through implementation and sustainment.
POD Delivery Model: Process Discovery, Deep Dives, Requirements
· Establish and run a repeatable POD model to solve business issues: intake → discovery → deep dive → requirements → solution options → execution oversight → sustainment.

· Define global standards: process taxonomy, SOPs, RACI, controls, SLAs/XLAs, and KPI definitions to ensure consistent execution and audit readiness.

Digital Enablement & Platform Optimization (with Tech)
· Drive optimization and adoption of Commercial/Sales platforms and workflow tooling in partnership with Tech and GBS Capability teams (tools as applicable to Sales operating model).
· Ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable outcomes (utilization, productivity, quality, visibility), not just deployment.
· Align data/process requirements to enable scalable performance tracking, account analytics, and program execution reporting.
Team Build & Capability Development (Commercial Excellence)
· Start as an individual contributor and build a Commercial Excellence team over time to scale POD execution and global standardization.
· Coach/enable cross-functional contributors (GBS hubs, SMEs, Tech, Analytics) to execute consistently against the process excellence framework.

· 10+ years in commercial/marketing operations, analytics/insights, strategy, transformation, and/or process excellence.
· Demonstrated experience leading global/regional transformation and continuous improvement with quantified outcomes.

· Strong program/project management leading multi-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
· Experience operating in complex multi-country, multilingual, multi-time-zone environments.
· FMCG experience required.
