Ejecutar auditorías de cumplimiento social bajo la metodología SMETA, asegurando la integridad de la cadena de suministro mediante la verificación rigurosa de estándares laborales, seguridad y salud, medio ambiente y ética empresarial.

1. Requisitos Indispensables (Filtros de Entrada)

Educación: Profesional graduado en áreas Administrativas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias Sociales, Derecho o afines.

2. Experiencia Profesional

General: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en la industria (manufactura, agroindustria o servicios).

Específica: Experiencia demostrable en la implementación, consultoría o auditoría de sistemas de gestión de Responsabilidad Social (SMETA, SA8000, o cumplimiento de Código de Conducta de Clientes).

Conocimientos Clave:

Sólido dominio de la Legislación Laboral Nacional vigente.

Conocimiento en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST).

Horario: Lunes a Viernes 7 30 a 5

Contrato licencia por periodo de maternidad (Con posibilidad de pasar a termino Indefinido)

Salario: $ 6.500.000
