Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)

Du magst Abwechslung und möchtest eine Ausbildung, bei der Teamarbeit sowie Selbstständigkeit großgeschrieben werden? Als Industriekaufmann lernst Du die betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufe in unseren Abteilungen genau kennen. Anspruchsvolle Aufgaben wie der Angebotsvergleich im Einkauf, die Handhabung des Zahlungsverkehrs in der Buchhaltung und die Überwachung der Unternehmensprozesse im Controlling machen Deine Ausbildung spannend. Du wirst die Entwicklung von Marketingmaßnahmen kennenlernen und in der Personalabteilung erfährst Du Interessantes über das Personalmanagement. Obwohl wir dir von Anfang an Verantwortung übertragen, kannst Du jederzeit auf unsere volle Unterstützung zählen. Die Arbeit und Kommunikation im Team mit Deinen Mit-Auszubildenden, Kollegen und Vorgesetzten ist uns sehr wichtig.

Voraussetzung:

Mittlerer Bildungsabschluss

(Fach-) Abitur

Ausbildungsdauer:

3 Jahre

bei guten Leistungen Verkürzung auf 2,5 Jahre möglich

Berufsschule:

Berufsschule 2 in Aschaffenburg (Stadtteil Leider)

1-2 Schultage wöchentlich

Du passt zu uns, wenn

Deine Noten in Deutsch, Englisch, Rechnungswesen und Wirtschafts- und Rechtslehre gut bis sehr gut sind

Dein Interesse an kaufmännischen Zusammenhängen ausgeprägt ist

Du ein kommunikativer und aufgeschlossener Mensch bist

Du sorgfältig und ausdauernd bist

Du eigenständig und auch teamorientiert arbeiten möchtest

Ausbildungsinhalte, z. B.:

Organisation von Projekten und Arbeitsprozessen

Einkauf und Verkauf von Produkten

Kundenberatung und -betreuung

Personalauswahl und Personaleinsatz

Vorgänge des Rechnungswesens
