Odpowiedzialność za utrzymanie, rozwój i optymalizację systemów automatyki w celu zapewnienia ciągłości i efektywności procesów produkcyjnych.
Zakres obowiązków
Diagnostyka oraz usuwanie awarii maszyn i urządzeń produkcyjnych.
Analiza przyczyn problemów technicznych oraz wdrażanie rozwiązań zapobiegających ich ponownemu występowaniu.
Programowanie i modyfikacja sterowników PLC oraz paneli operatorskich HMI.
Modernizacja i optymalizacja istniejących stanowisk produkcyjnych zgodnie z założeniami ciągłego doskonalenia.
Tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji technicznej.
Współpraca z działami produkcji, utrzymania ruchu i inżynierii w zakresie rozwoju procesów automatyzacji.
Wymagania
Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w obszarze automatyzacji procesów produkcyjnych oraz układów sterowania.
Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowane kierunki: automatyka, mechatronika lub pokrewne).

Praktyczna znajomość programowania sterowników PLC oraz paneli HMI (Siemens, Omron).
Znajomość systemów wizyjnych, w szczególności Cognex i Keyence.
Umiejętność czytania i analizowania dokumentacji technicznej.
Wiedza z zakresu pneumatyki oraz podstaw hydrauliki.
Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
Umiejętność analitycznego i logicznego myślenia.
Zaangażowanie, samodzielność oraz chęć rozwoju zawodowego.
Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym.
Mile widziane
Doświadczenie w środowisku produkcyjnym z branży automotive.
Udział w projektach związanych z modernizacją i wdrażaniem nowych rozwiązań automatyki.
