Plansız duruş sürelerini ve kaliteyi iyileştirmek için planlı bakım faaliyetlerini gerçekleştirmek. Hat problemlerini kök nedenlerini bularak çözmek.
Sorumluluklar:
- İş emirleriyle belirlenen bakımları gerçekleştirmek (TPM/PM).
- Arıza bakımını gerçekleştirmek.
- Yıllık planlı önleyici bakım için gerekli yedek parçaların belirlenen miktarda yedek parça deposunda olup olmadığını kontrol etmek ve gerekirse yedek parça depo operatörüne bildirmek.
- Yedek parça deposundaki gerekli ekipmanların kullanıma hazır ve bakımlı olmasını sağlamak.
- CMMS iş emirleriyle belirlenen planlı önleyici veya acil bakımları gerçekleştirmek ve müdahaleleri CMMS iş emirlerine kaydetmek.
- Üretim alanı ve üretim makineleri için tanımlanan CMMS iş emirlerini yerine getirmek, makinelerin, ekipmanların ve üretim sırasında kullanılan aletlerin temiz ve bakımlı olmasını sağlamak.
- İş güvenliği ve çevre standartlarına uygun çalışmak.
- BORGWARNER Bakım Prosedürü gerekliliklerini yerine getirmek.
- Kullanılan alet ve el aletlerini düzenli ve bakımlı bir şekilde kullanmak ve alet envanterini güncel tutmak.
- Vardiyalı sistemde çalışmak ve vardiya defterini düzenli olarak doldurmak.
- RxM Analizörü ve PdM Tahmin Edici bakım faaliyetlerinde Mühendislik ve Üretim Departmanına gerekli desteği sağlamak, belirlenen sorunlu noktalara gerekli teknik müdahaleleri yapmak ve sorunu ortadan kaldırmak.
- EHV Bakım Departmanı tarafından düzenlenen tüm denetimlerin hazırlığını yapmak, denetim sonuçlarına göre gerekli iyileştirmeleri uygulamak ve denetim sonucunda belirlenen tüm açık noktalar için iyileştirmeler yapmak.
- Tüm arıza faaliyetlerini CMMS'de tamamen açmak ve kapatmak, proaktif bakımı CMMS üzerinden fiziksel olarak uygulandıktan sonra kapatmak.
- KPI hedeflerine uyum sağlamak, hedef dışı değerler için eylem planları ve kök neden analizleri hazırlamak.
- Elektrik kartı ve mekanik parça tamiri yapmak.
- Yönetici tarafından verilen ek sorumlulukları yerine getirmek.
