- Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários internos.
- Auxiliar na manutenção e configuração de equipamentos de informática.
- Apoiar a gestão de acessos, sistemas e ferramentas corporativas.
- Participar de projetos de melhoria e automação de processos.
- Dar suporte em atividades relacionadas à infraestrutura de TI, redes e sistemas.
- Auxiliar na elaboração de documentações técnicas e procedimentos.
- Apoiar iniciativas de transformação digital e utilização de novas tecnologias.
- Estar cursando Ensino Superior em:
- Ciência da Computação;
- Sistemas de Informação;
- Engenharia da Computação;
- Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas;
- Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimento em pacote Microsoft Office.
- Interesse em suporte técnico, infraestrutura, sistemas e tecnologia.
- Inglês intermediário será considerado um diferencial.
