Esta pasantía de ingeniería se centra en la optimización de procesos internos mediante la automatización, el análisis de datos y la inteligencia artificial. El candidato ideal servirá de enlace entre los diagnósticos de ingeniería tradicionales (Pincheck/DTA) y las soluciones de software modernas. Colaborarás en proyectos de alto impacto, analizarás métricas clave de rendimiento y desarrollarás scripts para mejorar la precisión de las pruebas y la eficiencia del sistema.

Análisis de causa raíz: Apoyar a los equipos de calidad y producción en la identificación del origen de fallos en componentes o de falsos negativos en las pruebas.
Automatización de pruebas: Desarrollar y validar scripts.
Paneles de KPI de producción: Crear o actualizar paneles visuales (p. ej., Power BI) para monitorear tiempos de ciclo, tasas de defectos, etc.
Estandarización y documentación: Apoyar en la creación y actualización de planes de control para el mantenimiento.
Alineación interfuncional: Colaborar con los equipos de Lanzamiento, Calidad e Ingeniería Industrial (IE) para mejorar los KPI.

Ser estudiante activo con al menos un año restante para concluir la carrera en Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Ingeniería Electrónica o Afin.
Contar con seguro facultativo o médico mayor vigente.
Conocimientos:

Nivel de Ingles A2.
Programación Visual Basic, C++.
Paquetería Office.

Habilidades:

Compromiso.
Iniciativa.
Capacidad autodidacta.
Trabajo en equipo
Comunicación asertiva.
