Oversee daily bar operations and coordinate with F&B, kitchen, stewarding, and front office to ensure seamless guest service
Maintain 5-star standards of cleanliness, setup, glassware polish, and ambience at all times
Act as the senior point of contact on the floor during peak hours, supporting bartenders and resolving issues in real time
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and mixologists
Develop seasonal promotions and signature cocktails aligned with international drink trends to drive revenue
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships for liquor, beverages, and bar supplies

Minimum 2 years of extensive experience managing bar operations within a hotel environment
Strong leadership, communication, and training skills
Service-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
Food & Beverage certification(s) will be an advantage
