Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales & Tele-Sales Executive to drive our outbound B2B appointment-setting initiatives. In this role, you will act as the frontline voice of our company, responsible for cold calling manufacturing plants, fabrication workshops, and industrial facilities across key regional zones (such as Dallah and Al-Khidariyah). Your primary objective is to introduce our scrap metal recycling, collection, and waste logistics services, build initial interest, and secure qualified face-to-face or virtual meeting appointments for our field business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Cold Calling & Prospecting:
- Conduct high-volume daily outbound cold calls to decision-makers (Plant Managers, Operations Heads, Procurement Officers, and Factory Owners) across industrial sectors.
- Systematically research and map out industrial targets to identify key points of contact within manufacturing units and fabrication plants.
- Pitching & Value Proposition:
- Deliver a crisp, professional introduction of our scrap collection, industrial offcut removal, and skip bin waste logistics solutions.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition, addressing common pain points related to factory waste clearance, compliance, and material pickup reliability.
- Appointment Setting & Calendar Management:
- Qualify prospective leads by assessing their current waste generation, scrap volume, and disposal challenges.
- Secure firm meeting or site-visit appointments for the senior business development team and accurately log all schedules in the CRM/tracking system.
- Objection Handling:
- Professionally handle initial objections, gatekeepers, and pushback, turning hesitant leads into interested prospects by highlighting our competitive pricing and service efficiency.
- Database Management & Pipeline Tracking:
- Maintain and update call logs, lead statuses, notes, and follow-up reminders daily using Google Sheets, Google Tasks, or CRM tools.
- Continuously update and clean contact databases for industrial areas.
- Feedback & Market Insights:
- Relay valuable market intelligence gathered during calls (such as competitor activity, pricing feedback, or upcoming factory expansions) to management.
