Mission principale

Piloter le déploiement, l'évolution et la maintenance de l'écosystème d'outils de développement logiciel embarqué ainsi que les solutions AUTOSAR utilisées dans les projets software GMP. Garantir la cohérence des processus, outils et méthodes afin d'améliorer l'efficacité du développement logiciel et la conformité aux standards qualité et cybersécurité.

Responsabilités principales

Gestion de projet

Définir et piloter les roadmaps des outils SW et AUTOSAR.
Planifier les activités, suivre les jalons, gérer les risques et les plans d'actions.
Animer les instances de pilotage avec les métiers, équipes SW, fournisseurs et partenaires.
Assurer le reporting auprès du management.

Outils de développement logiciel

Piloter les outils de modélisation, génération de code, analyse statique et intégration continue.
Définir les standards d'utilisation et les bonnes pratiques.
Gérer les évolutions, migrations et déploiements des outils.
Coordonner les actions de support aux utilisateurs.

Expertise AUTOSAR

Piloter l'intégration des solutions AUTOSAR Classic et/ou Adaptive.
Définir les stratégies de configuration et d'intégration.
Accompagner les équipes de développement sur les problématiques architecture et BSW.
Coordonner les relations avec les éditeurs (Vector, ETAS, Elektrobit, KPIT, etc.).

Processus et qualité

Assurer la cohérence avec ASPICE.
Contribuer aux audits qualité.
Définir et suivre les KPI de performance outils.
Participer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes de développement.

Gestion des fournisseurs

Piloter les prestations externes.
Participer aux consultations et évaluations techniques.
Suivre les contrats de maintenance et licences.

Profil recherché

Formation

Bac+5 Ingénieur ou Master en informatique industrielle, électronique ou systèmes embarqués.

Expérience

7 à 10 ans minimum en développement logiciel embarqué.
3 à 5 ans de gestion de projet technique.
Expérience significative sur des projets AUTOSAR.
Expérience des environnements automobile de type OEM ou équipementier.
