Requirements :

Lead, manage, and drive the overall business performance of the assigned distribution cluster to achieve strategic growth and financial targets.
Oversee branch operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and risk management across all locations.
Develop and execute strategic distribution plans to expand market share, acquire new customers, and deepen existing client relationships.
Coach, mentor, and build high-performing branch leadership teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal audit standards, and compliance policies within the cluster.
Collaborate with product partners, marketing, and digital teams to drive cross-selling initiatives and seamless multi-channel customer experiences.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in managing retail banking branches or distribution networks within the financial services sector.
Demonstrated track record of delivering strong business results, driving sales performance, and managing portfolio growth.
Deep knowledge of retail banking products, wealth management services, and financial market trends.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, operational risk frameworks, and audit standards in banking.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Outstanding interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
