O zi din viata ta la MKS:

In calitate de Operator Productie la MKS, vei colabora cu echipa din departamentul de CNC&DT&GLB cat si cu colegii din celelalte Departamente din Productie pentru programarea si si executarea reglajului echipamentului in conformitate cu instructiunile de lucru. In acest rol, vei raporta catre Duna Vasile Adrian - Production Team Leader.

Vei avea un impact prin:

Verificarea setarilor aparatului, stabilirea originii coordonatelor, asigurarea functionarii optime a masinii, conform aplicatiilor tehnice si reglarea statica a sculelor, de montarea dispozitivelor de fixare;

Preluarea comenzii, indeplinind toti pasii necesari producerii lotului de piese, incadrandu-se in timpul de executie, cu costuri minime;

Verificarea vizuala sau cu aparatele din dotare a pieselor executate (control calitate intern) conform standardelor, procedurilor de asigurare a calitatii si detectarea eventualelor erori, defectiuni ale echipamentului, anuntarea echipei de tehnicieni pentru remedieri / reparatii;

Informarea coordonatorului, supervizorului, managerului cu privire la stadiul comenzii;

Intocmirea rapoartelor de lucru si mentinerea continuitatii intre schimburi prin documentare si actiuni de comunicare;

Competentele pe care le aduci:

Studii medii sau superioare de specialitate – mecanica, electrica, electronica sau automatizari industriale

Seriozitate, disciplina, organizare, responsabilitate;

Aptitudine generală de invatare;

Capacitatea de a evalua şi a lua decizii prompte;

Limba engleza reprezinta un avantaj;

Disponibilitate pentru program de lucru in 3 schimburi;
