What we’re looking for

Ideally, you’ll have:
Experience in an FCA-regulated environment.
An understanding of Consumer Duty, conduct risk and customer outcomes.
Experience in compliance, QA, governance, risk or operational processes.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
The ability to interpret guidance and turn it into practical actions.
Experience with Credit Broking, FCA Appointed Representative models, complaints, vulnerable customers, financial promotions, audits, SOX or SOC 2 would be a bonus.
Why Zuno?
This isn't about ticking boxes. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape how compliance works at Zuno, work closely with different teams and partners, and make a real impact on our processes and customer journeys.
