Rattaché(e) au Responsable Consolidation Groupe, vous évoluez dans un environnement international et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec de nombreuses parties prenantes internes et externes : auditeurs, équipes comptables, contrôle de gestion, fiscalité, conformité, M&A.

Vos missions

Vous intervenez sur les travaux de clôture mensuelle et contribuez à l’établissement des états financiers consolidés semestriels publiés par le Groupe, en garantissant leur cohérence, leur fiabilité et leur conformité aux normes IFRS et aux principes comptables du Groupe.
Vous accompagnez les entités juridiques et les business units afin d’assurer le bon déroulement du processus de consolidation. Vous participez activement aux initiatives d’amélioration continue, incluant l’optimisation du processus de clôture ou l’évolution des outils de consolidation.
Vous êtes responsable de traitements de consolidation transverses et complexes, notamment ajustements IFRS, variations de périmètre, suivi des intérêts minoritaires... Le poste requiert une forte autonomie ainsi qu’une solide capacité d’analyse afin d’exercer un regard critique sur les hypothèses retenues et sécuriser la robustesse des traitements de consolidation.
Enfin,vous participez à des projets pluridisciplinaires à forte valeur ajoutée, notamment des opérations de restructuration, des transactions de M&A ou des projets de changements de systèmes d’information, en coordination étroite avec les équipes internes et les conseils externes.

Votre profil

Vous êtes orienté(e) processus et résultats, et disposze des compétences suivantes :

Expérience en audit externe, idéalement au sein d’un cabinet
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience, avec un fort accent sur l’audit des comptes consolidés
Excellentes compétences techniques et analytiques en comptabilité, avec une solide maîtrise des normes IFRS
Très bonnes aptitudes relationnelles, incluant de fortes capacités de communication écrite et orale, et une aptitude à travailler dans des équipes transverses et internationales
La maîtrise de SAP BFC ainsi qu’un excellent niveau d’anglais sont requis
