Overview

Gerenciar a carteira de clientes ativos, fortalecendo o relacionamento e ampliando o faturamento via upsell, cross-sell e retenção. A atuação é orientada a metas de expansão e fidelização da base.

Responsibilities

Responsabilidades:

Atuar proativamente na carteira de clientes ativos para maximizar o LTV;
Identificar oportunidades de novas vendas dentro dos clientes existentes;
Realizar reuniões periódicas de acompanhamento;
Gerenciar o ciclo de recompra, propondo novas soluções;
Monitorar sinais de churn e agir preventivamente;
Garantir alto nível de satisfação e engajamento dos clientes;
Registrar todas as interações no CRM e acompanhar o pós-venda;
Trabalhar com metas de expansão de receita e retenção.

Requisitos:

Experiência em relacionamento com clientes e expansão de contas;
Visão analítica para identificar oportunidades na base;
Habilidade de comunicação consultiva e negociação com foco em valor;
Familiaridade com indicadores de churn, NPS e engajamento;
Formação superior completa.
