How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Rattaché(e) managérialement au Responsable Administratif et Financier de l’entité au sein de la DAF ALFI EL, le/la Contrôleur de gestion opérationnel/industriel assure le suivi budgétaire et le pilotage de la performance.
En tant que fonction support au cœur de l'organisation, vous garantissez la qualité du suivi budgétaire et produisez les indicateurs financiers clés pour guider la prise de décision et le pilotage économique des activités des sites Electronics Materials et Advanced Materials de Chalon.

Vos principales missions sont :

En tant que Contrôleur de gestion opérationnel :

Participer aux pré-clôtures mensuelles (suivi des stocks, des charges et de la facturation).

Produire les indicateurs, analyses et tableaux de bord destinés aux responsables d’activités afin de faciliter le pilotage économique et la prise de décision.

Assister le Responsable Administratif et Financier dans la préparation des clôtures (rapports de gestion, prévisionnels, IRIS, etc.).

Participer activement aux exercices budgétaires (targets et reforecasts) en garantissant la qualité, la fiabilité et la pertinence des données.

Piloter et suivre mensuellement les investissements normaux (organisation, animation des réunions de validation, création dans SAP, compte-rendu post-réunion, coordination avec le pôle Immo ALSP).

En tant que Contrôleur de gestion industriel :

Calculer les coûts complets de production et définir les règles d’allocation.

Suivre et analyser les indicateurs opérationnels (taux d’occupation des ateliers, rotation des stocks, seuils d’alerte).

Réaliser des analyses de rentabilité ad-hoc (achats de flottes, arbitrage achat vs location des ISOs).

S’impliquer dans les projets d’amélioration continue (efficacité industrielle, suivi des molécules, mise en place du nouveau cost model).

Analyser mensuellement les écarts (stocks, prix de vente, matières, main-d’œuvre, frais généraux, non-qualité).

Are you a MATCH?

Titulaire d'un Master en finance ou en gestion, vous justifiez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire en contrôle de gestion.

Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse

Appétence pour la finance et les systèmes d’information (la connaissance de SAP est un plus)

Très bonne maîtrise des outils Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Aisance relationnelle, approche terrain et sens du service

Orientation résultats, sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie

Anglais courant requis

Poste basé à Bagneux avec des déplacements à prévoir sur Saint Priest
