Contexte
Au sein de la Supply Chain, vous serez intégré à la Direction de la Programmation Industrielle. Elle assure le déroulement du cycle S&OP (Sales ans Operations Planning) en lien permanent avec la Supply Chain Corporate, l’Industrie et le Commerce.
Le périmètre de la direction est mondial (Europe, Asie, Amérique) et couvre 100% de l’industrie du groupe Renault. Les Locales supply Chain permettent un maillage territorial en face des usines servant à garantir les opérations et les interfaces SC Corporate/Industrie.
Vous serez directement intégré au Service Programmation Industrielle. Ce Service est composé de 14 personnes, basées au Technocentre et en Roumanie, avec une partie de la semaine en télétravail 2/5 jours)
Missions
Cette mission de stage a pour objectif :
Préparer/accompagner le Service Programmation au changement d’outilet à l’analyse des données

- Aider le métier Chargé de Programmation à passer d’exécutant à analyste
- Faire l’état des lieux des process existants (France, Roumanie)
- Développer des outils de contrôle des outils spécifiques Renault actuels via des Dashboard à créer (sous Excel, looker, avec l’aide de l’IA)
- Les déployer auprès de tous les CDP France et Roumanie Démarche de conduite du changement /adhésion
- Mise en place, Animation et Contrôle d’une bonne réalisation Standardiser les analyses
- Ecrire des guides d’aide à l’analyse
Votre profil :
- BAC +5
- Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais écrit et oral
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe
Savoir Faire :
- Développement outils Excel/looker
- Utilisation et connaissance de l’IA
- Conduite du changement sur une population non-cadre
