Objectif du stage : Contribuer à la simplification et à l’efficience du processus d’évaluation UX des prestations de nos véhicules

Contexte et environnement de travail :

Le développement d’un nouveau véhicule passe incontournablement par l’évaluation continue de ses prestations. Celle-ci est nécessaire afin de garantir une grande satisfaction de nos clients vis-à-vis de leur véhicule. En raison d’un contexte compétitif de haut niveau dans le secteur automobile, notre processus de jugement doit sans cesse être amélioré. L’objectif de ce stage est de fortement contribuer à la progression de ce processus, grâce à notamment l’apport des dernières évolutions des outils digitaux, incluant l’IA.

Ce stage se déroulera au cœur du centre d’essais véhicules de Renault et donc à proximité des véhicules en développement.

Vos missions :

S’approprier le fonctionnement actuel, de comprendre l’organisation, et de se familiariser avec les outils digitaux existants
Cadrer et valider l’évolution d’outils digitaux existants (incluant l’IA) en appliquant une approche UX
Structurer les données nécessaires à notre périmètre d’activités
Créer / améliorer livrables standards, définir des tableaux de bord et templates graphiques pertinents via LOOP ou Spotfire
Prendre en compte les retours utilisateurs.

Qui êtes vous ?

Etudiant en master 2 en Informatique ou élève-ingénieur en dernière année en informatique. Spécialisé Data Engineer ou Data Analyst.
Bonne connaissance de la méthode UX
Bonne connaissance des structures de base de données, des outils de visualisation
Autonome, dynamique, ouvert et à l’aise pour communiquer, rigoureux et organisé.
Anglais requis

Durée : 6 mois
