Contexte et environnement de travail :

Au sein de la Direction des Approvisionnements – After Sales Supply Chain, vous intégrerez une équipe en interface avec les Achats, les Méthodes, l’IT et les fournisseurs. L’objectif du stage est de mener un projet d’alignement entre les systèmes informatiques, les contrats d’achats et les données fournisseurs, afin de fiabiliser les échanges, améliorer la qualité des données et fluidifier les processus opérationnels (notamment via l’EDI).

Vos missions :

Vous piloterez le sujet en mode projet, en vous appuyant sur les méthodologies de gestion de projet vues durant votre cursus : cadrage, planning, suivi, coordination, communication et conduite du changement.

Aligner les données contractuelles (contrats d’achats) avec les référentiels et systèmes informatiques (cohérence, écarts, règles de mise à jour).
Déployer de nouveaux formats EDI auprès des fournisseurs : préparation, coordination, suivi de déploiement et résolution des points bloquants.
Accompagner les fournisseurs dans les changements de processus (explications, support, suivi d’adoption).
Challenger les équipes Achats et Méthodes pour faire évoluer les pratiques et déclencher les modifications nécessaires (process, paramétrage, données).
Aligner les besoins fermes et prévisionnels avec le fournisseur : fiabilisation des échanges, clarification des attendus et suivi.

Qui êtes-vous ?

Vous préparez un Master 2 (ou équivalent) en Supply Chain.
Vous avez une sensibilité IT / systèmes / data et êtes à l’aise avec les sujets d’intégration (dont EDI).
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), structuré(e) et appréciez travailler en mode projet avec des interlocuteurs multiples (internes et externes).
Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais (échanges avec des fournisseurs et/ou équipes internationales).
