• Automotive Display 제품 개발 및 Project Management
• 고객 광학 요구사항 분석 및 공급업체 기술 리딩
• 자동차용 디스플레이 패널, 터치 센서, 커버 글라스 기술 개발 및 양산 적용
• 고객, 공급업체 및 내부 조직 간 기술 협업
• 일정·비용·품질·리스크 관리

[자격요건]
• 전기전자공학, 기계공학, 광학공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상의 학위 소지자
• 3년 이상의 자동차용 전장 제품 개발 경력
• 디스플레이 패널, 터치 센서, 커버 글라스 등 디스플레이 기술 및 제조 공정에 대한 이해
• 기술 요구사항 분석, 제품 개발, 설계 검토 및 문제 해결 경험
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능 및 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 자

[우대사항]
• 자동차용 디스플레이, 터치 패널 또는 광학 부품 개발 경험
• 광학 측정 및 디스플레이 성능 평가 경험
• 공급업체 개발 및 품질관리 또는 원가/구매 협업 경험
• 기술 문서 작성, 이해관계자 관리, 프로세스 개선 경험
• 글로벌 고객 또는 해외 공급업체 협업 경험
• 중국어 가능자
