Maintain proper operating conditions and ensure equipment is functioning safely.
Record maintenance activities, equipment readings, repairs, and incidents in the engineering logbook.
Coordinate with other hotel departments regarding maintenance concerns and guest requests.

At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel engineering, building maintenance, or a similar role
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building maintenance systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair engineering equipment
Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures
