Es responsable de acceder a los mercados B2C y concretar las relaciones comerciales con el fin de incrementar los ingresos de la compañía y cumplir con sus metas de venta a través del contact center.
Buscar las oportunidades comerciales en el mercado para ofrecer los servicios del portafolio del sector y todos los negocios de la compañía. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de gestión comercial. Controlar el proceso de ventas de forma organizada, manteniendo la información actualizada de los clientes del estado en que se encuentra cada una de las oportunidades en el CRM y en los sistemas de gestión de cada uno de los procesos asociados a la venta.

Formación académica: Técnico, Tecnólogo o Profesional universitario en carreras afines al sector en el que se van a desempeñar.

Experiencia: 2 años de experiencia en ventas telefónicas de intangibles y/o tangibles. Experiencia deseable en servicio al cliente en Call Center mínimo 1 año.

Beneficios de la compañía + variable por comisiones según cumplimiento ( Comisiones por cumplimiento de metas y por sobrecumplimiento) y de acuerdo a política comercial.

Salario $1.800.000 + comisiones y todo lo de ley

Horario: Lunes a Viernes 7:30 am a 5:30 pm y sábados

Tipo de contrato: Por obra o Labor
