Ihre Verantwortung

Fachgerechte elektrische Verdrahtung von Anlagen und Schaltschränken im Bereich Electronics und GMF gemäß Schaltplänen, geltenden Normen und Qualitätsvorgaben
Durchführung, Bewertung und Dokumentation aller erforderlichen elektrischen Prüfungen
Durchführung von Montage-, Wartungs- und Serviceeinsätzen bei Kunden weltweit
Revision, Pflege und Rückführung technischer Unterlagen an die Elektrokonstruktion
Sicherstellung einer hohen Arbeits- und Produktqualität nach dem Prinzip der Null-Fehler-Strategie
Durchführung und Dokumentation von Einweisungen sowie Sicherheitsunterweisungen
Einarbeitung und Unterstützung neuer Mitarbeiter
Einhaltung aller elektrotechnischen Normen, Sicherheitsvorschriften
Aktive Mitwirkung an KVP-Maßnahmen (Kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess) sowie an Qualitäts- und Kostenoptimierungsprojekten
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der vereinbarten Unternehmens- und Managementziele

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (z. B. Elektriker, Elektroniker) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Anerkennung als Elektrofachkraft gemäß VDE 0105-100.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau oder in der industriellen Elektrotechnik
Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung im Bereich elektrotechnischer Normen und Anforderungen
Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Sicherer Umgang mit elektrischen Prüf-, Mess- und Arbeitsmitteln
Gute PC-Kenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohes Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Kostenbewusstsein
Reisebereitschaft für weltweite Einsätze sowie Bereitschaft zu Mehrarbeit und Schichtarbeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens auf B1-Niveau) sind erforderlich
