Vos missions sont les suivantes :

- Remplir les rayons et vérifier les prix.

- Réceptionner ou prendre les commandes des clients (mail, fax, téléphone, Internet) ;

- Assurer la préparation des commandes clients (picking des produits en rayon, emballage et étiquetage des produits sélectionnés en vue de leur livraison) ;

- Gérer la relation clients : renseigner et conseiller les clients, appel en cas de produit manquant ;

- Saisir les produits et quantités commandées dans le logiciel en vue de la facturation des articles ;

- Contrôler les pièces/éléments nécessaires à la facturation.

Véritable commerçant, vous bénéficiez d'une solide connaissance des produits.

Motivé par le commerce, vos qualités de contact vous permettent d'orienter et de renseigner les clients. Le CACES serait un plus.
