Auxiliar nas demandas administrativas da área de Serviços afim de manter a conformidade das ISO 9001 e ISO 17025, prezando pela qualidade do serviço e atendimento aos clientes Hexis. Auxiliar nas demandas de calibrações Rastreadas, Calibração RBC e manutenções preventivas. Auxiliar a apresentação das Métricas do setor através de reuniões de KPI diário.

Escopo:

A área de Metrologia da Hexis atua conforme os requisitos de qualidade ISO 17025 para prestação de serviços de calibração do tipo RBC e Rastreadas nas instalações permanentes e instalações de cliente em território nacional.

O escopo do SGQ abrange o atendimento ao cliente, gerenciamento de Equipamentos e padrões afim de garantir a rastreabilidade das certificações realizadas, monitoramento de indicadores, desenvolvimento e monitoramentos dos técnicos habilitados por meio de ensaios e comparação intra-laboratoriais, Garantia do resultado através de participação de ensaios de proficiência, manter e desenvolver novos serviços acreditados, Manter e garantir a confiabilidade, confidencialidade e imparcialidade dos serviços prestados, Zelar pela propriedade do cliente, Providenciar participação nas auditorias da CGCRE afim de manter a certificação na ISO 17025 número CAL 0322.

O escopo de Calibração RBC segue conforme site oficial da CGCRE atualmente para as grandezas de Físico-Química, Óptica, Temperatura, Umidade e Volume.
