Estágio em Gerenciamento de Projetos

Procuramos um perfil analítico, organizado e interessado em tecnologia aplicada à gestão de projetos. O candidato deverá auxiliar no gerenciamento das atividades dos projetos, manutenção de indicadores e desenvolvimento de soluções digitais utilizando ferramentas do ecossistema Microsoft 365, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a tomada de decisão baseada em dados.

O que buscamos:

• Cursando Ensino Superior em Engenharia (Produção, Mecânica, Automação e Controle ou Elétrica);

• Conhecimento em Pacote Office (Excel, PowerPoint e Word);

• Conhecimento em Power BI (modelagem, tratamento de dados e construção de dashboards);

• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;

• Perfil analítico, organizado, atento aos detalhes e orientado à melhoria contínua.

• Disponibilidade estagiar por 2 anos (07h45 às 14h20, de segunda a sexta-feira);

• Residir em Itatiba, Valinhos, Campinas ou região;

Diferenciais:

• Inglês intermediário (principalmente leitura e escrita);

• Conhecimento em SAP;

• Familiaridade com ferramentas colaborativas Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Lists, Planner e Teams);

• Conhecimento em Power Automate.

Principais Atividades:

• Desenvolver, atualizar e aprimorar dashboards e indicadores de desempenho utilizando Power BI;

• Apoiar os Gerentes de Projetos no acompanhamento dos cronogramas, planos de ação e principais marcos dos projetos;

• Interagir com as áreas de Engenharia de Aplicação, Engenharia de Produto, Manufatura, Vendas, Finanças e Compras no acompanhamento das atividades dos projetos;

• Suportar iniciativas de digitalização e automação de processos utilizando o ecossistema Microsoft 365;

• Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de gerenciamento de projetos.
