Our community care service IC Home 24 cares for people in need of intensive care, ventilated and non-ventilated, with a high level of professionalism and social competence. Over 600 employees at 20 locations in Germany work with us.

In unseren Kinder-WGs ist Pflege mehr als nur ein Job - es ist Begleitung auf Augenhöhe. Du schaffst eine Atmosphäre, in der sich unsere kleinen Klient*innen sicher und geborgen fühlen.

Ganzheitliche Pflege: Du übernimmst die Grund- und Behandlungspflege und sorgst mit viel Empathie dafür, dass es den Kindern an nichts fehlt.
Qualitätssicherung: Die Dokumentation deiner Tätigkeiten erledigst du gewissenhaft - sie ist das Fundament für unsere hohe Pflegequalität und Sicherheit.
Hygiene: Die Einhaltung von Hygienemaßnahmen ist für dich selbstverständlich.
Vertrauensperson: Du pflegst einen respektvollen und würdevollen Umgang mit den Kindern und bist empathische Ansprechperson für deren Angehörigen.
Teamplayer: Du schätzt den fachlichen Austausch in regelmäßigen Teamsitzungen und bringst dich aktiv ein, um gemeinsam die beste Betreuung zu ermöglichen.

Die Basis: Du liebst deinen Beruf und brennst für die Arbeit mit Kindern.
Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene 3-jährige Berufsausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft.
Expertise: Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrungen in der ambulanten Intensivpflege mit.
Feingefühl: Der sensible Umgang mit Kindern und deren Eltern liegt dir im Blut.
Persönlichkeit: Empathie ist für dich kein Modewort, sondern gelebter Alltag. Du bist mit vollem Herzen dabei und bleibst auch in herausfordernden Situationen ruhig.
