- Realizar manutenções corretivas e preventivas em moldes de injeção plástica;
- Confeccionar peças e acessórios para moldes;
- Realizar ajustes e fechamento de moldes que apresentam rebarba de fechamento;
- Executar serviços de manutenção em sistema de câmara quente;
- Operação de máquinas operatrizes como torno, fresa e retífica;
- Construir eletrodo e operar eletro-erosão;
- Conhecimento em estampo CDR.
- Ensino médio completo;
- Técnico SENAI ou equivalente;
- Formação superior completa (Desejável);
- Sólida experiência em ferramentaria;
- Leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico mecânico;
- Noções de CAD (Desejável);
- Conhecimento em câmara quente;
- Capacidade de analisar problemas em moldes e processo de injeção plástica;
- Solda tig e laser;
- Noções de sistema de refrigeração.
