Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end onboarding cases for institutional clients (e.g. Funds, Investment Managers, Financial Institutions), from receipt of request through to account activation.
Review, analyze and validate KYC and onboarding documentation, ensuring completeness and alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
Prepare and issue onboarding/KYC requirement lists, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve documentation gaps with clients and internal teams.
Coordinate closely with KYC, Regulatory Onboarding, Legal, Operations, DBM and offshore teams to progress cases and obtain required approvals.
Track onboarding progress using internal onboarding systems and trackers
Escalate risks, bottlenecks or regulatory issues appropriately, documenting decisions and outcomes clearly.
Support ongoing maintenance activities where required (e.g. account changes, periodic reviews, stakeholder coordination).

Preferred Background

Previous experience in Client Onboarding, KYC or Regulatory Operations within a global financial institution.
Exposure to APAC FX Markets is strongly preferred.
Prior Operations or Middle Office experience (e.g. trade booking, settlements, post‑trade processes) is advantageous, as it supports effective coordination with downstream teams.
Familiarity with onboarding platforms or workflow tools (e.g. Appian, Unqork, or similar) is beneficial but not mandatory.
