Como Gerente de Território - Monogastrico serás parte del equipo de Ventas para administrar cuentas clave y asegurar los planes comerciales del área. En este rol, serás responsable de crear asociaciones sólidas, maximizar la satisfacción del cliente e impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas en la región.

Tus Responsabilidades:

Establecer comunicación e influencia en las cuentas clave asignadas, conectando efectivamente con todas las áreas del negocio.
Promover los productos y programas de Elanco para el área de Mongastricos, ejecutando el proceso de ventas con excelencia.
Administrar el presupuesto anual de ventas por cliente y por SKU, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas financieras.
Desarrollar e implementar planes de Cuentas Estratégicas para fomentar el crecimiento e identificar nuevas oportunidades.
Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales (técnica, marketing, finanzas) para garantizar la mejor experiencia al cliente.

Lo que necesitas para tener éxito (calificaciones mínimas):

Título Universitario (Zootecnista, Médico Veterinario, Agrónomo o afines).
Un mínimo de 7 años de experiencia en ventas, marketing o manejo de canales de distribución.
Conocimiento profundo de los sistemas de producción de monogástricos y dominio del idioma Inglés Avanzado.

Lo que te dará una ventaja competitiva (calificaciones preferidas):

Experiencia previa en una posición de liderazgo dentro de la industria de monogástricos.
Maestría o formación adicional en el área técnica o de negocios.
Conocimiento en diagnósticos, tratamientos, producción y genética básica en especies productivas.
Sólida red de contactos con los principales líderes de opinión y actores reconocidos de la industria.

Información Adicional:

Viajes: 75% de trabajo en campo.

Ubicación: Basado en Jalisco.
