Propósito del cargo
Liderar los procesos de planificación y análisis financiero de la organización, garantizando la consolidación, evaluación y presentación oportuna de la información financiera para soportar la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Responsable de coordinar presupuestos, proyecciones financieras, análisis de rentabilidad y seguimiento del desempeño del negocio.
Principales responsabilidades
- Liderar la planificación financiera de la compañía (Budget, Forecast y revisiones de negocio).
- Analizar resultados financieros, rentabilidad y oportunidades de inversión.
- Supervisar la elaboración y evaluación de estados financieros e indicadores de desempeño.
- Coordinar procesos de presupuesto y control financiero.
- Generar análisis y recomendaciones que apoyen la toma de decisiones de la alta dirección.
- Dar soporte financiero a las diferentes áreas de la organización mediante escenarios y evaluaciones económicas.
- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Análisis Financiero.

Requisitos
- Profesional universitario en Contaduría Pública, Economía, Administración o carreras afines.
- Deseable postgrado en Finanzas o Administración de Negocios.
- Experiencia mínima de cinco (5) años en posiciones similares dentro de áreas como Análisis Financiero, Contraloría, Tesorería, Contabilidad, Costos o Desarrollo de Negocios.
- Dominio avanzado de herramientas de análisis financiero y Excel.
- Inglés fluido.
- Capacidad analítica, visión estratégica y orientación al negocio.
