Fazer a gestão do hotel sob sua responsabilidade, oferecendo um produto inovador e inspirando a equipe, de forma a assegurar o seu engajamento e os resultados financeiros e qualitativos do hotel, conforme o estilo da marca e Cultura de Serviços Accor. Colocar o cliente no “coração” de tudo o que for realizado e, assim, garantir que a experiência dele seja única e inesquecível.

Ensino Superior em Administração de Empresas, Hotelaria, Turismo, ou compatível;
Desejável MBA / Pós-Graduação em Gestão Financeira / Negócios / Pessoas, ou Hotelaria;
Desejável cursos de Finanças, Vendas, RM;
Conhecimentos em Alimentos & Bebidas e Hospedagem
Gestão de Pessoas;
Pacote Office;
Desejável conhecimentos em Sistemas Hoteleiros: Micros, Ópera, CM Back Office e RM;
Inglês intermediário;
Desejável Espanhol intermediário.
