Förderung und Verankerung einer Safety-First-Kultur sowie Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung in den Bereichen Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt
Analysierung, Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Verbesserungen im bestehenden Qualitätsmanagement
Dokumentation und Überwachung der Qualitätsprozessabläufe
Identifikation, Kontrolle und Plannung systematischer Qualitätsfälle
Leitung einer Qualitäts-Taskforce für umfangreiche Qualitätsfälle
Koordination von Zertifizierungen, Durchführung von Audits und Einführung neuer Zertifizierungen
Unterstützung interner Abteilungen bei der Einhaltung von Qualitätsrichtlinien und der Bearbeitung übergreifender Qualitätsfälle
Erstellung von Analysen, Berichten, Reportings und Präsentationen

Technische Grundausbildung (z.B. Polymechaniker*in o.ä.)
Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagemen, HSE und in Zertifizierungen, idealerweise in der Industrie oder Produktion
Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement (QM-Auditor, Zertifizierungen wie IATF / ISO 9001/14001 von Vorteil)
Empathische, kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung
Analytische, lösungsorientierte und teamfähige Arbeitsweise
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 2 Teammitglied
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
