Gesamtverantwortung für technische Entwicklungsprojekte von der Idee bis zur Serienreife
Planung, Führung und Koordination internationaler, crossfunktionaler Projektteams
Steuerung von Stakeholdern sowie Leitung von Projektmeetings und Workshops
Sicherstellung von Projektcontrolling, Reporting sowie Anforderungsmanagement
Identifikation und proaktive Steuerung von Projektrisiken

Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe FH oder vergleichbar (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Entwicklungsprojekte und in der Produktentwicklung
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Hohes technisches Verständnis in Mechanik und Elektrotechnik
Engagierte, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für Innovation und Projektmanagement
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2/C1)
Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie und eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z.B. PMP, IPMA) sind von Vorteil
