Siamo alla ricerca di personale da inserire nel nostro Team Gestione Ordini a supporto delle attività del Dipartimento Operations.

Sotto la guida di Head of Operations, e in collaborazione con l'Ufficio Commerciale, la risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:

Gestione ordini clienti, verifica disponibilità del materiale, organizzazione trasporti
Gestione restituzione del materiale e fatturazione servizi di ricondizionamento
Fatturazione vendite e noleggi
Stretta interazione con dipartimento Ingegneria e Sales per la gestione degli ordini
Contatto diretto con i clienti

Buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office
Conoscenza del funzionamento di software gestionali
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Diploma di scuola superiore o Laurea
Precisione, attitudine al lavoro di squadra, capacità organizzative
